Pulkovo Airport remains open. Flights are operated from St. Petersburg to the Russian cities as well as to Istanbul and Antalya (Turkey), Zanzibar (Tanzania), Dubai (UAE), Geneva and Zurich (Switzerland), Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan) and Yerevan (Armenia).
According to the guidelines of the Federal Air Transport Agency of the Russian Federation, it is recommended to mitigate crowds in the airport in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19. In this regard, those who meet or see off are allowed to stay in the passenger terminal of Pulkovo airport for no more than 2 hours and are recommended, if possible, to reduce the number of people accompanying them.
Changes to the parking complex operations
Due to the pandemic of the coronavirus infection COVID-19 and the implementation by the airport of a package of measures to prevent it, the operation of the parking complex is limited:
closed short-term parking P3;
the shuttle to / from long-parking P4 has been temporarily canceled.

Information for foreign citizens arriving in the Russian Federation
According to the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation №635-р, 685-р,730-р, starting 00:00 a.m. local time March 18, 2020, the entry of foreign citizens to the Russian Federation is temporarily restricted.
Must present medical documents confirming the absence of COVID-19 disease (in Russian or English), confirming the negative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) COVID-19 lab test result taken no more than three calendar days before arrival in the Russian Federation.
In the absence of a medical document confirming a negative laboratory test result, foreign citizens must undergo a PCR-test on the territory of the Russian Federation within three calendar days.
Fill in a questionnaire in Russian or English on board the aircraft.
Foreign citizens may not be allowed on board the aircraft without a medical document confirming a negative PCR test result for COVID-19 (as decided by the carrier’s airline).

COVID-19 testing at Pulkovo Airport
Pulkovo Airport COVID-19 testing centre opens 24/7. The testing points are open for all passengers at the passengers terminal on the 2d floor and arriving passengers at the custom zone on 1st floor.
The PCR-test costs 2550 RUB. Payment by credit card only. You will receive the results within 48 hours by email.

An emergency response centre has been established at St. Petersburg airport for joint work on COVID-19 with airlines, state control bodies, local authorities and the Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-being (Rospotrebnadzor) .
Intensified cleaning and disinfection of all airport premises and touchpoints, including elevators, check-in counters, inspection areas, passenger steps and buses.
The air in the passenger terminal is purified using disinfecting units.
Special floor markings for social distance of no less than 1.5 m in the check-in, security and passport control areas as well as at the boarding gates.
Restraining seat stickers in the areas designated for passengers.
Hand sanitizers are available in the terminal. The dispensers are replenished regularly.
The staff of the airport is equipped with protective masks, gloves, antiseptic wipes and gels.
According to the decision of the Government of St. Petersburg, masks and gloves are mandatory in all public places, including Pulkovo Airport.
Vending machines with protective equipment are installed at the entrance to the terminal, in the check-in hall, domestic departures hall and baggage claim area. Masks and gloves are also available in the airport pharmacies and shops.
